Our company’s executives having worked as Maintenance Managers in large multinational companies have the know-how and the experience for the design and the implementation of facilities management systems adjusted to the customer’s needs.
The company can respond to any demand on behalf of the customer either on Service Level Agreement(SLA) either on call, always within response times for every damage category and always aiming to the minimization of the time that the equipment is off service.
The technical personnel of the company consists of multi-skilled technicians, in order to be able to cover the more possible damages in one visit, minimizing fixing time and reducing the cost for our customers. Our vehicles are always equipped with all necessary tools and materials in order to be able to fix the more possible damages in one visit to the establishment and to respond in minimum time to an emergency.
If necessary, in order to avoid inconvenience in the establishment, many of these works may be performed beyond opening hours or in Sunday (for example replacement of floor tiles).
Our philosophy in Facilities management is ‘Response & Fix’, in the sense that responding by visiting the establishment means fixing the problem.
The company offers its customers, on monthly basis, a full report on works performed, times of response etc, along with specific Κey Performance Indicators (KPI’s) we have developed, so as for our customers to have a thorough image of the facilities management system performance and to be able to form in common amelioration policies. |
